Andy Self

Andy Self began his banking career in 1997 and joined Home Federal in 2002 as a Commercial and Private Banking Lender. Andy is a graduate of Northwood University, Texas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has completed The Southeastern School of Commercial Lending and The Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending. For over 20 + years with Home Federal Bank, Andy has developed a relationship focused approach to serving the East Tennessee business community. Andy provides personalized guidance, custom credit, and specialty financing. He works with a team of specialists to deliver lending solutions for complex borrowing needs.

Andy Lutrell

Andy Luttrell joined the Commercial Lending Department after serving as manager and loan officer at Home Federal’s Farragut Branch. He started at Home Federal in 1996 and has held the positions of Assistant Manager, Manager, and Regional Manager in the bank’s Branching Department. He is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and completed The Southeastern School of Commercial Lending through the Tennessee Bankers Association.  Andy is actively involved with Boy Scouts, the Presbytery of East Tennessee, and the Appalachian Ballet Company.
