Risk Management and Safety Culture

Risk is inherent and unavoidable in any industry. The construction industry, with its often complex web of interdependent and carefully sequenced workflows, is certainly no exception.  CFMA's panel discussion will present the financial impacts and savings associated with the proper management and culture to mitigate such risks.

The panel will discuss the impacts that your EMR has on the insurance premiums, how a high deductible program can reduce premiums, how pre and post lost initiatives inform workers of hazards and other factors that influence your ability to avoid risk and cost effectively purchase insurance.  The diverse panel will discuss risk and safety from the perspective of the safety and risk manager and insurance company.
