Good day:
We use ComputerEase, by way of eDatasphere. We moved to Windows 10. Our checks no longer align properly.
We found this out from other CE users, after the fact, that a move from Win10 causes this to happen.
Our outsourced IT can't install required drivers to be compatible with HP LJ P2035's; PCL 5 (6) drivers call for ethernet ports to be on the printers. P2035 has no ethernet ports.
Our queries:
- Did you experience the same result from ComputerEase when moving to Win10?
- Can any ComputerEase users tell us what printers are compatible with Win10?
- If you need to install printers/drivers, how do you secure the network devices to assure that only authorized users can choose those printers?
